1. Where is my order?

2. How is my order packaged?
All orders are packaged in sturdy plain, brown envelopes or boxes with only our address on the mailing label.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Eastern Half of Contiguous United States (5 to 8 business days)
Western Half of Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (10 to 14 business days)
Standard shipping orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses. Youll need to put a shipping zip code in to checkout to determine actual delivery times.
UPS 2-day (2 business days)
Deliverable within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory.
Place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we will process your order and arrange for UPS to pick it up that same day. UPS will then deliver your order within 2 business days after pick up.
3. Is my email address sold to anyone?
We respect your privacy and will not sell your email address to other companies. We might share your email address only with sister websites associated with Adam & Eve's VideoGold Club.  You can opt-out of receiving future marketing offers by going to the My Account page and changing your email preferences

 4. Will my personal information be sold to anyone?

5. 7. I already get the catalog. Why should I sign up for an account?
A account opens a wealth of opportunities not available to catalog-only members. It lets you access special members-only offers, exclusive previews, and more.  Your member's account entitles you to begin receiving exclusive offers for discounts, sales, and other promotions of the latest high-quality, pre-reviewed Adult Movies and XXX DVDs.

9. How do I see my order status?
To view your order status login with your login name and password that you provided us when you joined the club. Click on the My Account link on the top right of your screen and then click on the Order History Tab.
10. What is your privacy policy?
We value your privacy and will not share your personal information except as described below. Anonymous or demographic information may be shared with third parties on an aggregate basis. We may also share both personal and anonymous information with companies or individuals we engage to help us perform the services offered through this web site. For example, we may share information with packaging or shipping agents, computer service providers and credit card payment processors. 11. What if there’s something wrong with a DVD I received?
Adam & Eve's VideoGold Club will be happy to replace any defective DVD. Just return the defective disc in the container you received it in with a note describing the issue. For more detailed help or other questions about returns, feel free to call one of our customer care specialists at 1-800-934-0999 and they’ll be happy to walk you through the process.
10. Where is my Main Attraction?
If it hasn’t shown up yet, it could have gotten delayed in the mail, or there could be an issue with your account. Call 1-800-934-0999 and speak to one of our customer care specialists and they’ll help you figure out what the trouble is.

12. My order is wrong. What do I do?
While we do our best to ensure that all of our fulfillments are done properly, of course, occasionally things do go wrong. If you did not receive the videos you ordered, then call 1-800-934-0999 and speak to one of our customer care specialists and they’ll help you figure out why. 
13. What is your returns policy?
Apart from properly returned Main Attractions, we accept returns of defective discs only within 90 days of purchase. But if you have a specific question, please call 1-800-934-0999 and speak to one of our customer care specialists. They’ll help you out.
